Compensation
The economic arrangement between Inbound USA Realty and its clients
The client will be asked to pay a relatively modest ‘up-front’ fee, intended to compensate for the time committed to assisting the client whether or not the investor elects to make an investment and, if the decision is made to invest, to identify markets and investment categories.

At the funding of an investment, an additional success fee is owed, based on industry norms and subject to regulatory rules in the US.

Here are some Examples

-
Facilitating the outright purchase by a non-US investor of US real estate would entitle Inbound USA Realty to a small percentage of the purchase price (one to two percent)
-
Facilitating an investment as a passive partner in a real estate project managed by a local partner would entitle Inbound USA Realty to a slightly larger percentage of the cash invested (four to five percent)
-
Facilitating the funding of secured loans would entitle Inbound USA Realty to a small percentage of the amount invested, adjusted for the duration of time investment outstanding
-
Obtaining permanent green card status would require the investor to pay all costs of the EB-5 or E-2 expert as agreed when the expert is engaged, and it would entitle Inbound USA Realty to be paid both (i) compensation based on the nature of the investment (examples of which appear in the preceding paragraphs) and (ii) a success fee at the time the visa is approved
